Our January 2023 Columbus Peer Support event, New Year|New You, will be at Yoga Loft, 9280 Dublin Road, Powell, OH 43065 on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm!

Restorative yoga is a slow-paced, relaxing practice. Props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets will be used to support the body as it stretches to find comfort and ease in poses that are held for longer periods of time. Restorative yoga can be an antidote to stress, both physically and mentally, and is ideal for low-impact, passive stretching and beginner yoga.
